Missing something...
Drop is amazing by rythmwise and sounds cool, but it misses something :-/
I would say arps, strings or any kind of melody over the drop would improve it.
But i like it :-)

I tried to emmulate 2006-2009 dubstep and there basic bass sounds.
A lot of tracks from that time had no arps or melodys.
But I do see your point here it can feel empty at times.
